The best out there

Ive always had a problem looking for a good quality, somewhat branded clothing items especially ones who offer cash on delivery within India, and Zara has solved this problem for me. Their quality and service are top notched👌🏽 Would pick this over any other brands

Worst customer service ever

Wished I could give zero stars. Very bad service and ridiculous process. I ordered my item on 20th June 2018. My item was delayed for quite many days. When it finally arrived, Zara made a mistake in pasting wrong address on the wrong box �. Waited for them to pick up the other wrongly delivered parcel from the other customer , also took like 1.5 weeks and still no one is able to go and pick it up. The most ridiculous thing is, it is very obvious is Zara's fault and mistake. But in order for me to get my refund, I will need to wait till the courier service pick it up and deliver to the shop , then only I can get the refund. Come on, why do the customers have to bear the cost as it is obviously Zara's fault? Very screwed up. Very disappointed.
Beware if your are considering in purchasing online from this store. Chances that your parcel being send wrongly and till now almost a month, they wouldn't want to refund unless Zara has receive the parcel. Place order at your own risk.
Shipping issues ALWAYS happens during sales period. This happened again during Dec 2020 sales. I placed order for multiple items in 1 payment but Zara split the parcel into 3 deliveries. 1 arrived on time, 2nd parcel was delayed for 2 weeks or so, 3rd parcel nvr came and had to keep calling to Zara for refund 🤦🏻‍♀️as they nvr follow-up.

The worst ever that you can’t complaint as there is no channel to complaint

I have been following up with Zara for like 20 times just to ask about my order that I placed during sales on June,30. The worst part is I bought like 10 clothes and they split my order into two and the first order received was on July 8 then the rest of the order never received as the issue they say is the postcode issue and the local warehouse cannot retrieve the area. In my mind was like, ‘what the heck?’ How come Zara warehouse in HK can retrieve my address but local warehouse cannot? Give me a lame excuse every time I called and check the status, funny thing is..they never say sorry!
