I have ordered with the site for my products for several years and never had any complaints, however I experienced the worst sourcing experience of my life recently. I paid for an order beginning of December 2022, and the supplier failed to ship my goods to date, March 2023. I was left frustrated and angry due to a lack of communication, professionalism, feedback or an explanation to the delay. When I badgered the supplier for answers they told me I could apply for a refund which I considered entirely unprofessional as the food not acknowledge them wasting my time and money on fees when they didn’t care to fulfill my order. I used the refund function to escalate the matter and get a response from supplier, it was not effective. They advised a new shipping date and failed to deliver again. I proceeded to apply for a full refund again and then they responded saying they would handle my refund asap. I get the feeling they did not want my business or to sell to me. I do not understand why and the supplier offered no explanation. The lack of accountability was bothersome and I have paid for the suppliers negligence by loss in revenue and unfulfilled orders from my buyers. I would not recommend the platform as there are no efficient procedures in place to deal with uncooperative suppliers, and me as the buyer bears the risk and pays the price. I rate the app and platform poorly as they must make more of an effort to hold suppliers responsible in order to provide better customer service and experience.
