Hello I made a deposit through Bitso into my pander ETH wallet address which I was expecting to receive this coins yesterday at 7:02PM but it’s take more longer then I expect... right now I don’t know where my my coin has gone I bought Naira 193,950# worth of ETH.. I have also tried to track my wallet and I found out that the ETH was sent into that address 1 days ago now but it hasn’t reflect yet into my pander app or do I have any info of Incoming ETH.. please help me look out to it. I have been using this very app Pander and it has help me in most cases so I trust it and I recommend it. Help me go through this in the name of GOD 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Bad charges
I don’t know why your bitcoin charges is high this time I trade $85 bitcoin and $79 bitcoin was deposited into my wallet that’s weird your charges is too much for me kindly low it before you start losing customers but we’re not happy with the charges at all because I’m going to use another app to trade my $200 now and I’m suspending using your app until you fix it
