I’ve been using the Aimtoget app for like a year or two , and I’ve had a seamless , hassle-free experience , until today . I was initially concerned on whether or not my query would get attended to , but to my surprise , I was responded to almost immediately . Their customer care service is really prompt and efficient , and must be commended . My issues were solved in about 15 minutes . I feel more confident knowing that the app is credible and also values a positive experience with its users . I would recommend to everybody !

I have been working with Aimtoget for 2 months now and only had bad experiences with then, I was using the account to receive payment as time goes on I tried to withdraw just to know that my account was restricted without any notice, I tried reaching out to the customer care, they told me what to do I did it, still they didn’t do anything, after further disturbance they told me to provide all the 20 receipts of payment made on my account which I did, including a work profile and a written statement, after submitting everything, Aimtoget never responded I will send then message and they will respond I should exercise patience up till now no positive feedback, i don’t know what they are up to, there is something fishy going on and I can believe they are after my money, withdrawal network issues, I don’t recommend this bank at all

I did transaction with them and they got the credit and refused to pay me. They ask me to send number transfer from and number transfer to, time and date include amount. Then asking me to record voice call to GLO customer care. I sent everything to them instead of them to contact GLO to confirm. They refuse and saying I should send voice message from GLO. They know if customer is tired he/she will stop the process. They are scammer in nature.
