I took a nap leaving about 4,560$ in my apex account , only to wake up to 503$ left , with no traces . I called the customer service and they try to confuse and confuse about my complaints . So I took my time and I’ve done a careful calculation of my expectations and transactions from December 1st till date , and yesterday your fraudulent customer care team , tried to convince me that they somehow doubled the amount of money in my account and so that’s why they also withdrew it all back , and that’s a very blatant lie . They illegally transferred BTC out of my wallet and also didn’t give me a notification or a mail within the app or in my email . This is a fraudulent act and i must get my money back . Your management should return my missing funds . Exactly 4000$ I want them all Back . Resolve this attempt of theft else I’ll equally start taking drastic actions about this . I’ll report to influencers and drag you to court legally if I am settled at once

First we'll like to mention that a blockchain withdrawal cannot be made on your wallet without your consent, that itself is impossible.

The +0.01736731 BTC deposit you refer to was only sent in once from your end on the 4th of January, 2025. Although it reflects three times on your transaction history, the other two were invalid because you actually sent it just once, which you affirmed yourself, a deposit you have been able to swap successfully and have long withdrawn in your preferred local currency.

Only valid crypto deposits can be processed to your wallet, even though you might see incoming balances as pending balance, it is not a valid transaction until you actually deposit the value to your wallet address.

So it was not a case of “illegally transfer your btc” that is not possible” it is a case of only one valid transaction cause you only made one crypto deposit of +0.01736731 BTC.

All your transaction records are on your account and have never, nor will ever be tempered with, you can also monitor the transactions on your wallet address on the blockchain directly, the trails will always be there.

This is the worst app I’ve used to trade so far ontop the fact that your rates are the worst you still steal for swaps…my Bybit had issues nd I decide to use this app only for them to take my money down by 4k as if not frustrating enough I mistakenly swapped and they stole another 4k ….its disgusting withdrawal charges other wallet one dollar Buh This one Usdt withdrawals charge 4$ no matter how much you’re withdrawing and for trx I think same goes too….THIS IS SO FAR THE WORST APP YOU JUST RUINED MY DAY.i wouldn’t advise anyone to use this…..you wouldn’t get the full value for your coins when you sell currently Bybit rates are at 1535 and these thieves at 1499 isn’t this theft?I’M CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH THE APP
