Login problem
Hello,Please I have been unable to login on my mobile app,since I was told to update to the latest version,each time I tried to login with my password it says my pin error,and this app as been helpful,with recharge card and I can easily check my balance and make transfer,but all this has been difficult since a week now, I sent an email to ecocenter,but I am yet to receive a reply,it’s frustrating,kindly help out,thanks.

Buggy
Haven’t been able to do any activity on the mobile app for three days; can’t make transfers or even check my balance, and I’m using the latest version. Called customer care repeatedly and they’re saying there’s nothing wrong with my app from their end so I should wait 24hrs; it’s been 72 and it still doesn’t work after uninstalling and reinstalling repeatedly.
Different errors; I input my pin correctly twice and it says my account has been limited for putting the wrong pin multiple times; I try to check my balance and it says “limit check failed. Dear customer there was an issue checking validating your transaction limit. Please try again”
Only reason I gave an extra star is, before this issue and their inability to resolve it, the app worked great - well except for transaction not showing up on the app transaction history often times - mehn it’s somehow abeg.

Access difficulties
My app has refused to work for the past three weeks and I’ve been to the bank twice on that effect. I was asked to get a debit card to enable me gain access to my mobile app which I did, yet there’s no difference. I can’t check my balance and I can’t carry out any transaction on the app. It keeps saying request processing or it just says limit check failed.
It’s really frustrating. I’ve been using eco bank for the last 10 years because it made life easy but at this point, I might as well transfer every last kobo I have to a different bank account and be done with it. Because no one has the time to go sit at the bank for hours especially for minor reasons such as this.
