FirstMobile is the official mobile banking smartphone application from FirstBank. It provides convenient access to both financial and non-financial transactions by FirstBank account holders via their mobile phones/devices. The service is available to FirstBank account holders with Naira MasterCard and/or Verve cards.
The App is sleek and convenient to use – evident in its DIY enrolment process as all FirstBank customers with Verve and Naira MasterCards can begin using the App without having cause to visit a FirstBank branch. It is also poised to offer a more reliable and definitely more convenient digital banking experience, whilst complementing our plethora of lifestyle offerings.

Account Statement Unavailable
So far I think the bank has done well developing this app to this stage. Transfer of money and payment of other bills have been made easy, great work on that!
However I find it very APPALLING that at this very moment you still can’t check your account statements whatsoever. If the feature of account statements is ruled out and you still have to go the “bank” to have your account statements then the efforts in making this app has been in vanity.
I hope this feature will be made available sooner than later.
An error has occurred!
Great UI and friendly features.
Unfortunately after installation, the app worked well for a week, then it stopped working on iPhone 6plus. App was reinstalled successfully, upon imputing the card number and card pin, it returned an error message “ an error has occurred. Please try again later”. This continues up till today. I was forced to use 894 but was trusted with the daily transfer limit of N100k. I downloaded the app on note 10 plus. It worked perfectly but has a daily transfer limit of N20k.
I lost most of my transactions because of this useless app. I rushed to ATM for transfer, no way. It was all about error. I expect a better app from first bank of than this good for nothing app.
Account statement feature non existent
Design wise, the app is good. Layout very simple and easy to use. On the other hand, a bank app at this age which is unable to perform a simple task of allowing customers lookup their account statements more less making the statement available in a printable format is not worthy of the name “bank app” nor the claim of making banking easier and convenient. I would have to walk down to a physical branch and fill a form if I need to check out my statement. The check account statement feature on the app is just for mere aesthetics as it does nothing.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
