Privacy and hiding of balance

The app is a bit wack, you can’t get account statement or even get a token incase I want to increase my limit or even get a nice description of a debit alert or credit alert. But mainly I think you should add a privacy security. Cuz when I open my bank app in public everyone tends to see my bank account balance immediately. At least make an option to hide the balance. Above all, you guys should look at other banks or even fintech banks and update your app to customers satisfaction Thank you

This new version 2.7.0 is terrible, app is very slow, takes time to load, takes time to process. The entire app is slow and it doesn’t have anything to do with my network, because even navigating inside the app is slow. Generating statement doesn’t work and some other features, it was as if proper testing wasn’t done before upload. Every time you want to log in, it ask you to accept terms and conditions. When you want to log out, the pop up message to confirm if you want to log out takes me a while to get us to it because the Yes button is under the No button instead of the other way round. It is not as if I am trying to initiate a huge transfer and the app is trying to make sure I confirm before accepting. That’s a poor user experience. I really think a company as big as first bank can do better than what I see currently. The developers & product manager needs to do better.

Security Questions.

My security answers aren’t working and it’s difficult to reset them due to the OTP one has to put at the bottom of the reset page. OTP works for online transactions but never gets sent for resetting security questions. Even if I forgot the security answers, it shouldn’t be so complicated to reset. Please do something about it. Also, it’ll be much better to remove the security questions when saving beneficiaries. We should be able to save beneficiaries immediately after doing a transaction without any other security. We already use our PINS for transactions, why put security questions just to save beneficiaries? Saving or deleting beneficiaries should be straightforward or at most, with the same PIN used for transactions.

It’s not bad but please allow customers to be able to download payments receipt whenever they want not only immediately after transactions because sometimes network will not allow one to download payment receipt meanwhile recipients ask for payment receipt as confirmation or proof of payment and please work on privacy security as well, so that customers can hide their account balance whenever they are in need of privacy or in public and allow customers to download their bank statements through the mobile bank as well. Please update the mobile banking to customers satisfaction, thank you.
