• Top up your mobile phone or that of your family, friends and other loved ones
• Pay your bills, such as DSTV, GoTV, PHCN, mobile post-paid bills, SWIFT, Smile and more.

• Install the Fidelity Online Banking app
• Open the App and sign in with existing credentials

NEW? HOW TO REGISTER

If you’re 16 or above and you have your mobile number registered for our SMS alert services as well as any of our Debit Cards, click on “Sign Up Here”, and follow the onscreen instructions. A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone you have registered for your account number with us.

If you’ve got a verification, follow the onscreen steps to register. You will be required to use your Fidelity Debit Card OR visit the nearest Bank branch to activate your Online banking profile. Once done, you can start using your Online Banking account immediately.

To do much more, download the Fidelity Soft Token app on your phone and sign in with your Online banking credentials.

FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

You can only use the app if you’re a sole-signatory account holder. You can’t register with your credit cards.

FIDELITY INSTANT BANKING

Fidelity also has an Instant Banking Service (*770#) which you can dial from any mobile phone linked to your account for SMS alert. The service doesn’t require internet connection.

My review

The Fidelity Bank App has been the most user-intuitive interface among the other Banking Apps I have used. You can easily guess where to find what. Also, the network has been consistently swift and reliable for online transactions: transfers, airtime purchase, and bill payments. Only issue I have with the bank, is a 3k airtime I purchased three months ago that was not credited. I have logged several complaints in two of their branches, and their customer service agents keep telling me they will reverse, which has not happened. So I’ll hold back one star

Newly updated app doesn’t allow transfers

I’ve never had an issue with old version of this app, but every since this app updated itself to the latest version it has been hell. I can’t tranfer money anymore, only buy airtime. Customer care is incredibly useless, they don’t respond to emails and all their care lines are switched off. What’s the point of updating an app’s UI and ruining the customer experience? I’m very offended. I’m a student and my school is no where close to any bank branch, I don’t have a debit card anymore and yet I was using the app fine until you updated it, now I have to take two buses to where the nearest branch is to withdraw over the counter and I plan on taking all my money out because this has been going on for 2 months now. Please fix this, it’s a mess and it’s ruining people’s day especially when they need to pay or need money for something urgent. And also why have a card request feature on an app when you can’t even request for a card? The app is full of features that are not responsive or available to users. Apps are for solving problems and helping people do thing more efficiently but this app is doing to opposite. Very Ridiculous!!!

Worse Financial mobile App

If there was a away I can subtract a star, I would have done that. Fidelity bank, have the worse mobile banking app. The aim of mobile app is to make access easier but with your app, one has to constantly visit your branch to either unlock the app, or set one thing or the other. Can you imagine after updating the app, I can’t have access to otp and the app keep telling me this is a new phone!. Whoever is behind your IT app is totally backward,and should cover his or her face in shame. For goodness sake it is just an app! I should be able to set my app effectively without visiting the branch for one thing or the other. If my review is wrong, then observe the number of customers that keep coming to your bank over one minor app issue or the other. This is the worse for me. I think I can’t even bank with you anymore.
