Description
e-Token App is a mobile application that generates One Time Passwords (OTPs) used in the authentication of electronic transactions.
A one-time password (OTP) is a series of characters that automatically authenticates the user for a single transaction or session. It is also an alternative to the Hardware Token.
Activate the App using the activation details stated below
Register as an Individual
Select Activation Method
Hardware Token:
Account Number + 4-digit Server PIN and Hardware Token Code
Debit Cards:
Account Number + ZENITH Bank issued ATM card (last 6-digits of the customer's PAN #) and the 4-digit card PIN
Quick Access:
Visit Bank branch and generate activation code required for enabling access on the E-token App
Register as a Corporate
Select Activation Method

One of the worst User experience
Even after multiple reactivations the app still does not generate OTP. Went to the branch deleted app reactivated, still OTP cannot be generated. User experience terrible even for a tech savvy person like myself. Imagine a Lehman. This is unacceptable by Zenith banks standard.

was debited a huge sum for barely using the app, i wonder what would happen if i use it often. wouldn’t advice anyone to use this app or even download it on any device cause you might be debited for just downloading it.

Anyone reading this, I’ll advise you to never download this trash if a thing call app, y’all don’t know that your incompetence is affecting people’s daily life. I don’t recommend this app to even my enemy because it would frustrate you
