Great app but not without annoying bugs

This app is great but has got some niggling bugs here and there that need fixing.
1. A notable bug is on app start up, it stops any music playing in the background, this happens even after turning off app sound.
2. When you using the buy airtime for self feature, on the summary page you can’t get the number keyboard to go away, this should not be the case as that page should render without a keyboard appearing and no way to remove it.
I am sure there are other bugs I have not noticed, I will update this review as soon as I find more.

Issues with biometrics

The upgrade looks good aesthetically, however while using the app, the portal automatically signs me out, and the the biometric feature freezes instantly. To login again, I have to restart my device. If this issue is fixed as soon as possible, this would be one of the most user-friendly banking apps available.

Update:
I updated the app today, and it seems the problem is worse. My app crashed four times in less than 10 minutes, and I had to restart my phone each time to be able to log in again. The biometric feature refused to work each time the app crashed, and the only way to get it to work was to restart my phone. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible, to enable me use the app seamlessly.

You should redesign your app

I don’t know if it’s because your app isn’t designed in Nigeria or you don’t have a strong tech team.

Pros: the only beneficial thing on your app today is the choices of banks when a user types an account #. I like that

Cons:
1/ why will your app have to load my account balance? I use about 4 apps and only Stanbic loads account ( takes about 5 secs or more)

2/ why the long process for transferring. All you have to do reduce the number of screens .
- I first choose either Stanbic, others , or beneficiary
- I type in the account number
- I select the bank
- then the amount
- narration
- before imputing pin .

Why so many screens? I could have done this in one screen

3/ why can’t you send a receipt for a previous transaction. You enter a transaction and you can’t even use that as a proof of payment because there is no name . Nothing . Just date , time and description. Who on earth designed your app.

And how come customers don’t even complain about this.

The best you can do is just mirror some banking apps. There is no need for innovation. Just mirror and you are fine

To the first identified, kindly note that this could be as result of RAM space on device or network issue.
Second, please note that the steps is to enable customer confirm transaction details and avoid erronoues transaction.
Lastly, please be informed that you can retrieve transaction receipt for previous transaction on the app. The functionality is available on the Profile section.
