This rating is specifically for the target savings

I don’t like that when setting up the target savings, you have an option to indicate if you have some of your targeted savings saved up already and how much, I believe this was intended to firstly be a consideration when calculating how much the system will withhold monthly in order for one to reach one’s target and secondly once the set up is complete the system should withhold the amount you have already saved up in addition to the current month’s portion of the target. The app fails to do both of these things. Finally there are two options for saving flexible and locked, as far as my eye could see the difference between the two options where not explained to enable the user make an informed decision

Such an unreliable app

It’s so disappointing how bad & unreliable this app is if you’re running a business account. On making transfers, there are a lot of moments it doesn’t work, I have to initiate the same transfer repeatedly. On some occasions, there is an error report but the payment goes through. The worst part is that there are moments where one can’t log into their account for hours/days, so you can’t even carry out business transactions such as paying staff or suppliers on time.

Not only is this app unreliable, but it’s the fact that FCMB doesn’t bother to acknowledge or email its customers to let us know that they are having a down time.

I have used this app for 2 years now and it has consistently regressed. I doubt I’d continue banking with FCMB for my business, it’s been a disappointing and unsatisfying experience.

Biometrics face transaction

Dear FCMB Team,
I am writing to express my concern about the introduction of biometric face recognition authorization for business accounts. While I understand the intention behind this feature, I strongly believe that it compromises the security of our business accounts.
The current two-factor authentication system, which requires both a passcode/PIN and a token PIN, provides an additional layer of security that makes it harder for unauthorized access to occur.
The introduction of biometric face recognition authorization may inadvertently create a vulnerability that could be exploited by cyber hackers.
Therefore, I respectfully request that you reconsider the use of biometric face recognition authorization for business accounts and instead maintain the existing token authorization system.
This will ensure that our business accounts remain secure and protected from potential cyber threats.
