How do I Register?

To register, simply download the app and select any of the three (3) registration options
1. With Hardware Token
a) Enter Account number and Continue
b) Click Hardware Token
c) Enter the Token from the device and Token PIN
• Create and confirm Password (six digits)
• Create and confirm Mobile PIN (four digits)
• Click on Submit (Operation Successful)
d) The user is required to enter Account Number and Password to log on.
2. With Card
a) Enters Account Number and Continue
b) Select Card
c) Enter the Last Six Digits of the Card and Card Pin
• Create and Confirm Password (six digits)
• Create and Confirm Mobile PIN (four digits)
• Clicks on Submit (Operation Successful)
d) The user is required to enter Account Number and Password to log on to the App.

3. Branch Activation

Note:
• Registration is one time
• To Add New Device, user should simply login with Account Number and Password, System will prompt for Device Registration.
• Customer can authorize with Token or Card Details.
• Users can add up to 3 Devices.

Complains regarding the upgraded app

This updated version is the worse I have ever seen, the app updated itself and deleted my beneficiaries saved recently ,I had to re register device .. and they reduce my transfer limit to 20k daily, me that was doing up to 2million daily . I went to the bank, they said I can’t use my card details to increase my daily limit beyond 100k.. oya give me token , hard ware token isn’t available and it would be available in a time. this is so frustrating, u expect me to wait for 1whole week to be able to continue transacting business., what is in a week time, it’s still isn’t available .. This is beyond bad, kindly bring back the old app

Shambles of an app

I am unable to login back into the app telling me 3 devices are already login in and they are all the same device it’s one phone filling up all the spaces for the login and when I contacted customer care I was asked a series questions unnecessary and told after everything to physically visit their branch
On top of everything the app has usual network failures, failed transactions more often, the security on the app is bad or even broken your money can stolen . The success rate of doing transfers on this app is bad
Definitely don’t recommend and please fix ur app and service its bad

Stupid and frustrating

I typically do not update my bank apps. But I mistakenly clicked on the update all button while updating my apps. Big mistake. Now the app is telling me the only phone registered was iPhone 6s Plus that I haven’t used in over 3yrs. Asked to register my current device that I’ve been using for over a year, using the card option. Only to be told I need a hardware token to complete the process. What nonsense is this? I can’t access my account at all. Went to the bank, and their telling me they don’t have hardware tokens available and can’t help me. What stupidity?
