I can't login anymore after downloading the app again in my phone , this has been happening for months now it will tell me an error occurs from us try again later how do I fix it , please help me I need to use mobile app.

Functional issue
I rarely write review for app. But i was forced to write this because this app was working perfectly for me that i so much enjoyed it until recently that I couldn’t login... i tried checking for update, or waiting for a while.... for weeks, it keeps giving me “error” and I couldn’t login or use the app, have been forced to use USSD .... meaning? Ive been using first bank for a while but my recent experience is forcing me to try other banks. Why? A relative of mine just switched today from first bank to another bank, at first i was convincing him why first bank is good but when I remembered my recent experience, i have to shut my mouth. Pls work in this pls, im not cool with it at all. Thanks

Thumbs up to first bank for this. I would suggest you rename the app to FirstLit or LitFirst or something that will make it easier to find as there are many app with the prefix ‘lit’.
