Your drivers tend to avoid rides with lower rates. Noticed that even when they’re just lashing around about a street away, I can’t seem to get any riders to accept if the fare is low. The app should automatically pair riders and multiple cancellations should be monitored as that’s the easiest identifier of foul play especially when the riders try to charge extra.

First of all, it takes so long to be connected to a dispatch rider, and even when you are, it takes even longer for the Dispatch riders to arrive at the pick up location. The app does not show you an ETA and it’s also does not show you the Dispatch riders live location. Hence you have no way of tracking your items once it has been handed over to the rider. I noticed a lot of the riders tend to run other errands once they have picked up your item and deliver it at their own convenience.
Secondly, the customer service on the app is poor. They take way too long to respond to messages and that’s if you’re lucky to even get a response.
Thirdly the fees are expensive. I can understand paying a premium price to get good services, but if the service is subpar and the delivery timing is slow, I do not see why the prices for Dispatch should be the same price as a car hire service.

They really need to work on their customer service.

Hi Gokada. Your app has had issues for weeks and this new update is not it. We used to have a point where we were able to see a map of the different locations we have put up.
Any app update in this country should not just be about being fancy, consider the problems we have here, there are addresses that clash with other addresses, and it’s a map that can show me it’s not in Yaba, it’s the one in Ipaja that I clicked on.
Did you run tests with users at all before you came up with this? Your UI/UX department needs to do better and communicate with the people that use this app on a daily.

The new update takes away the easy to use factor you guys had going for you before. We are too particular with looking fancy in Nigeria that we are unbothered with the actual usage of a product.

Please kindly include the maps back on the app. Let’s see a chain of movement of a pilot so a user can edit their delivery locations in a way that makes send for the pilot and us the users.
