SportyBet app was very ok, easy, and fast to use before the two recent updates that was released 👎👎 I have been having issues using this app since I updated it 😞 1. The app is laggy.. what I mean is that it’s very slow whenever I load booking codes and try to edit, even whenever I try to enter staking amount.💔. 2. It takes forever to open the app when I close it and try to launch it immediately.. and sometimes the app will just go off when in-use 🤦‍♂️ please this need to be fixed asap 🙏 I don’t know what could be the problem.. I’m addicted to mobile apps I’m not the type that use web browser…

I’m new to this app and what I’ve noticed lately is that already booked game get lost on your app or should I say you people remove people’s booked game while the bet is still on sometimes the game might have not even started and pheeww! it’s gone. Without customer’s consent,without refunding or even inform customers why such action is taken. I don’t why this is be happening but I think it should stop for customers recommendation and I’m sure I’m not the only one,if it’s the Management Terms&Condition not to bet with amount below #100(Naira) I’m sure people would strictly adhere to it. But it’s so sad when it’s not part of the terms and conditions we agreed on and we’re being messed up. We all hope for a change soon and I hope this message gets to the right channels cause people (including myself) are frustrated and won’t want to put money on some app that’s not reliable . SportyBet completely locked me out of their platform, preventing me from accessing my own money while games were in progress. There was no prior warning, no clear explanation, and no reasonable support to resolve the issue quickly. As soon as the games were over, their site returned to normal. This is an act of criminality and fraud against customers who trusted their hard-earned money to this company.As a customer, you expect transparency and fair treatment especially when it comes to your funds. Locking users out without proper communication seriously damages trust. Customer support was slow and unhelpful, making the situation even more frustrating.This is a deliberate act of fraud Until SportyBet improves how they handle customer accounts and fund access, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone who values reliability and accountability. This is a scam app and I urge anyone out there to distance themselves from this company.

I don’t know what’s wrong with sporty this days I change my payment details and ever since I changed it I can only use the new details to make deposit but my withdrawal still remain with my formal details of which I didn’t have access to that my formal details anymore. The last time I check my information everything was complete and correct all the instructions was followed while changing the payment method. So what’s going on with you guys is there something you’re not letting us to know😡🤔 The most annoying part is that since the last time I called their customer service and rectify the problem I had to them and her respond was that I should wait for 7days the 7days has complete I was trying to reach them again I couldn’t be able to reach them their website service was just blank with white surface which they don’t want to respond to me.
