This version allows users to view, verify and link NIN (National Identification Number) to their 9mobile numbers from the app home screen.
Ratings and Reviews
How am I supposed to rate you when I can’t sign in? It keeps saying “an error occurred try again” Why do we need to verify our numbers every time we want to check the app? Isn’t once enough like all other apps? Why do I need an otp every time? You need to fix this or the app will be useless and no one wants a useless app taking up space on their gadgets. I wish I could give half a star.
I can’t sign in
I’m a first user and I can’t sign. I have been trying for days. It keeps saying an error occurred. On my both devices. I called your customer care, I was told it would be resolved within 24hrs it’s more than 24hrs and nothing is resolved. How am I supposed to monitor or buy data. I can’t even check my balance. This app doesn’t even deserve one star
It’s a NO for me.
This app is not it at all. I can’t get to verify my number. I use the sim for my iPad.....I can’t even see my balance. Did you put those of us using an iPad into consideration? I even went the extra mile of pulling out my sim still no text. Will I have to go through the stress of taking out my sim to check my balance all the time. This is no good at all.
