Application works fine, until it has to display the confirmation page. I get nothing but a blank (white) screen. I only get to know my transactions are successful when I receive a debit alert from my bank. Can this be worked on?

This is a very useless app i can remember using it for like two to three times and it worked well all of a sudden i tried buying nepa card you guys debited me but didn’t send me the nepa number, you sent me an email that the transaction failed and you didn’t refund my money till after 3 days i used the app again this 28th of September and you did the same thing and didn’t send the meter number since then you didn’t refund my money what rubbish? Send me my money since the transaction failed because you know it didn’t work why debit me? You fools refund my money. You guys don’t even deserve one star you are uselessssss….

This app will debit you and the money will not be received by who you’re trying to credit the transaction will be showing pending even if you call there customer care they will keep posting you even if you send emails they will keep posting you sometimes they will turn off there call lines and your money will never be reversed back too you this shows that this app has failed and the service is not reliable please don’t download the app and if you have it already removed your money and delete it immediately

You guys are not organised, instead of releasing updates for ur older app, you decided to make another app, allow users to have two quick teller on our phones, now both are not even working, once it get to payment point, it becomes blank, except I use the direct website, having two apps is making me scared, someone could actually make the third one and we will download it and we may be probably scammed, I just hope u guys can fix ur errors, because this is about funds.
