You guys can’t even put yourself in your Coustomer shoes your shipping fee is way too expensive..an after taking your kg u guys would add unnecessary kg which makes it high with ur high shipping fee are you trying to tell us to ship with other company if we can’t meet up your standards…pls reduce your shipping fee.,or place in Womata a way that we can use another logistics company to ship..thank you 🙂

However, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion that could enhance the user experience on the SkyCargo app. Currently, the app does not display an estimated weight for items prior to shipment. This feature is commonly available in other logistics apps and is incredibly useful for helping customers make informed decisions.

Introducing a feature that provides an estimated weight of items before shipping from your warehouse would be a valuable improvement. It would enable customers to better anticipate shipping costs, manage expectations, and plan accordingly before confirming shipment.

I strongly believe this addition would further strengthen customer confidence and satisfaction while setting SkyCargo apart as a leader in logistics innovation.

What’s going on about sky cargo app please for the past 5 days that they’ve collected my goods from womata and they sent me sms message since then I have not been able to track my goods in the usual place it use to be in the app I don’t know why and also till now my remaining money to be paid is not showing in the app as well, 2 days ago I was able to track my goods through the website but haven’t see the remaining money to be paid yet so now my goods as landed in Lagos since 9th August 2021, 4:00am and till the very moment I haven’t seen pickup message, why as Skycargo turn to this worse
