Luno can be better
I’ve been using Luno for quite a while now not less than 8months and I have to say it’s user friendly and even cooler with the new update (animation features). I also must applaud the fact that all exchanges are automatic with me not having to call clients to purchase the Cryptocurrencies I wish to sell or buy; and the fact that I can also purchase straight from Luno in matter of seconds is lovely to. However, I’d love to see Luno address the issue of the cryptocurrencies price value update; it’s not always current(most times), other than that Luno is amazing and I’d recommend for all cryptocurrency(ETHEREUM AND BITCOIN) Lovers. Your authentication procedures are too much I bought some lite coin just to found out that I can not do the transfer I had to wait after 24 hours before getting transfer activated now it is activated all this time I have been loosing money due to fees and price finally got activated this morning I bought Ltd again paying fees and price fluctuations still loosing money only to send to the address am seen authentication required I have to receive authentication through sms or through calling and am not currently with the phone price eating my money I have to wait till the person I gave my line to to come back from where she is before I can finally transfer ltc I have been using other platforms like quidax though their price fluctuates very well especially during transaction but once I have paid the fee I get no hookups sending it with ease coming to try Luno getting all this discomfort though I know if for my own good but please
Delay of OTP
Luno is becoming worst and unbearable by daily to withdraw now after the long process through voucher before you can receive your last OTP to redeem your money becomes hell, they will make sure the time expires before sending the pin, then you have to go through this process countless time before you could know anything they will tell you that the voucher has been redeemed, by who, where and when? I have been using this app more than 8yrs now pls is Luno turning to scam? Have been on this issues for past 3days now and this is not how it should be, what if May God forbid but what if anyone is in a point of death and money is needed urgent to save ones life is this what we have to go through? I think the best option is to change a wallet since the management feels less consigned I can’t be facing different issues here which other apps are cool to operate❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌
