Address Verification

I have BVN and NIN for proof of address but BVN isn’t enabled anymore and NIN isn’t going, other utility bill and bank statement I have sent has been rejected countless time. Paxful kindly work on this. Rejecting documents that are valid is stressful and frustrating, however: you can enable BVN and NIN again for easy access to proof of verification because right now I don’t know what else to do after series of rejection, I just feel like closing up the account already, too much stress. I have not been able to trade since then 🥹

Moderator and dispute trade

This will be my last time using your app Paxful. You have a very bad customer service, the moderator you said you have is total rubbish. I filed dispute since over 20hours now on a buyer that said he made payment to my bank account and I haven’t receive any payment. It seems the moderators are the one trying to scam we that trade on the website. If not they won’t keep me waiting since when I had submitted all the proof that I don’t have the funds. With the poor performance of Moderators that don’t have time for their customers in time until after 48hours or more and I can say Paxful don’t have any customers care service to help their customers to solve problems without wasting time, you can’t talk to real person from their customer support and by not having good customer support and moderators. It already gives those scammers enough time to do their bad job on innocent people. Paxful have a lot of work to do on how their moderators answer customers in time and also have a real people as customer support to attend to customers in time.

Scammers and thieves

I’ve been sending and receiving my coins the same way for more than a year now and it’s now you are detecting an illegal activity? After one year? And I thought it was frozen because of ‘high risk activity detected’ and none of you would tell me what high risk so I can prove you wrong. Don’t worry, don’t unfreeze my account, I will make sure anyone who cares to listen knows how much of a scammer and thieves you ppl are. Fraudsters. 🤮🤮🤮 should have read the reviews before downloading your stupid app. More than 50% of the ppl here have nothing good to say about you. Illegal activities my foot. You Should have asked if I wouldn’t have given you proof everything I do on that app are legal, made sure I was fully verified too. Bunch of thieves. Annoying part is you idiots let the btc I was sent deliver when the account was already frozen but I can’t withdraw it. If that isn’t daylight robbery, I don’t know what is.
