My name is Kolawole Alfred, I have been on the Airtel network for the past 14 years, I have been here during the good times and the worst times, I have been enjoying and enduring this network all through, I have been giving excuses to myself on your behalf for your unaccountable data loss, inefficient network service and so on but now I have had enough, me, my wife and daughter we are moving out of this network because of the experience I had overnight, the data I purchased just vanished in a blink of an eye, now my eyes has been opened to a lot of unacceptable treatments you give your existing customers and how overwhelming you embrace your new customers, this shows we the existing customers means nothing to you guys.

I have been using this Airter app for almost a decade now or more than and
for so long time and I enjoyed there service. The only problem I have with them is their data plan sometimes
the thing is just frustrating
