Frustrating Experience

I can count in one hand how many times I have used the app and website to renew my wifi subscription without getting frustrated. I always get countless error messages for no apparent reason and it takes a while, ranging from 30 minutes to a couple hours for my successful transaction to reflect on my account. Why would I pay for wifi but be unable to use it until after a couple hours?? It’s agonizing everytime I have to renew my wifi subscription. This is the opposite of seamless

Your app is frustrating,customer care frustrating, frustrating network!!!!

Why do i have to contact your customer care each time i have to renew my subscription..I paid for my subscription this morning,till night i still haven’t been connected!!! Customer care number,u can never reach a rep, whatsapp..they don’t even bother to reply 👎

Terrible Customer Service

My subscription was cut a day before the due date, customer service department take so long to reply messages and they done pick phone calls.

I haven’t been refunded for that day till date👎
