Not reliable :::: Edit: working well now

Your app that shouldn’t use a lot of data keep on loading forever while video streaming apps that requires a lot of data works effortlessly. And this is happening when most of the app users are asleep. Trying to buy electricity units right now and it keep on loading forever. Fix up your app and stop flooding it with unnecessary features no one is using.

A game-changer

I used to dread getting those handwritten notices about community meetings or service charges. Now, everything is right there on my phone. Paying my dues is a breeze, and I can even see my payment history. Plus, being able to report issues directly to the management and track their progress is awesome. The app has really made life in our estate so much easier and more organized. Big ups💪 to the Venco team for making life easy for us.

Most feature rich app for estates

I'm not one to leave reviews but I had to do this one. I don't remember the last time I had to interact with my estate admins since I got the app for myself. I especially love the dashboard that shows my enter usage and balance at a glance and the ability to report issues without calling my estate admins. So far this is the most feature-rich app for estates I have used. Kudos to the team.
