Sequel to my last complain, I don’t understand how transaction limit from agent to customer would be 1 million while single transaction limit from customer to agent would also be one million… limiting what a single transaction someone can do from opay to opay… but when I want to transfer to any other bank I can transfer up to 25 million at once as a merchant with a CAC…Please look into this issue because it is limiting opay to opay transactions and putting more light and more focus on opay to other banks…I cannot have a limit of one million as an opay user with CAC What if I want to receive money from a client… then they’ll have to split the money into one million x 4But one million is too smallHence when a customer wants to buy a goods of 4 million plus, then they’ll have to spilt the money into one million at a stretch… please look into this it is not fair at all or telling good on opay…. Also but when the person wants to send to another bank the whole money will go at once

I had an issue of upgrading to tier 3, which I have uploaded all necessary ID and NEPA bill which was required. At first I mistakenly transferred cash that was meant for my DSTV subscription since then my cash got trapped, I can’t do the subscription due to tier 3 upgrade. I have called customer line in multiple times I was only attended to twice. Each time I call, customer care are always busy, I have sent several messages to Twitter and mail no one has responded. Two person that attended to me on different occasions promised it will be resolved, in fact the last guy whom i spoke with told me categorically that for it to be more faster that I should attached the ID and the NEPA bill as email, is five days now nothing has happened, my cash is still trapped there, opay has prevented me from my DSTV subscription, and I don’t known if the apex bank granted the license to operate in this manner. I am going to escalate my expense by escalating this to the Apex bank and if they fail to attend to me, I will visit their office if at all they have office in the first place, probably that’s why they are doing it with impunity.Please opay should quickly review my upgrade now.

PAYCOM shouldn’t sponsor my browsing sessions

Hi Opay, I’ll rate you 2 star because of the first month your operations with me were smooth. I liked and enjoyed your app services in the first month you started operations in ilorin but eventually you seem not to be able to manage traffic on your app. 1. I have had to delete and re-download your app countless times because each time I initiate a transfer to your app wallet it never reflects until I chat and present transaction ID from my bank to your customer support . 2. I effected a transfer of 150k which wasn’t successful luckily my bank credit my account since your app couldn’t contain the funds. 3. I eventually transferred 5k to your app for a test run again and used it to take a ride once and since then I am unable to access the app not my balance, instead A message pops up stating that paycom is sponsoring my browsing session with 50mb immediately my internet disconnects and the app doesn’t open either. I don’t need paycom to sponsor my browsing sessions Kindly treat as urgent since I can’t even complain through customer support as the app won’t open for my usage. Thank you
