WhatsApp Business 12+

Well I’m not seeing polls yet, and also I’m not seeing longer texts. But the worst issue about this update was they are copying telegram which is not cool with me cos they are already perfect. If I click on my status. It won’t preview my status list with views and time. It’ll go directly to status updates. Another issue. If an update fails to upload. It’s unable to be retried unless you delete and re upload. This is seriously frustrating me and my business. I’m losing customers when it comes to some post I need to make about a customer but I’m unable to make it at the right time cos of the update. I may have uploads 15 updates. Sadly the 16th may be failed. Then I have tap on my status like I’m fighting my phone till it reaches the end before I delete cos I can’t retry. Annoying part if you tap past 16 you’ll restart again. This isn’t some game it’s an app for Christ sake 😢

Please when doing your updates please leave the old features the way they are, especially the ones no one complained about.. the new changes are limiting to the functionality of the app and to the business we use the app for. After the recent update, my broadcast list is no where to be found, how do I send out my daily updates to my customers now??.. The community group, I can’t create with my business WhatsApp, I improvised by using my personal WhatsApp to create it and make my business the admin, tell me why you updated and removed the functionality where I can reply on an announcement to tag it, so it’s easy for everyone to click on the new reply and it takes them back to an old post, so easy and helps with our daily updates!! Now when I reply on an announcements or someone does, I have to scroll way up to see what the reply was about, you’re supposed to find ways to make things easy and not difficult, I am tired for real.. Your app is beginning to frustrate the functionality and smooth running of my online business!!

Whenever I post anything in my status my screen will becomes immovable , it is not that I have many contacts on WhatsApp and which I don’t have , if I do post on my status in my wa business and also both in my WhatsApp , my Whatsapp will just hang , I won't be able to touch it , and even though I reopen the application , it will still happen , the app will still hang , but if I do turn off my mobile data or my WiFi connection and reopen my WhatsApp app , the app will be moveable , I will be able to touch it but it will be useless with out a connection , and if I do turn on my mobile data or WiFi connection , the WhatsApp app will be immovable , it will just hang there and that is frustrating ... The only I can fix this issue is for me to reinstall my wa business or WhatsApp app again but I still won't be able to post anything on my status , if I do post anything on my status the same issue will happy again , please try to fix this issue , I am using iPhone 6 , ios 12.5.5, .. please try to fix this , others have been complaining about this issue but you guys are not doing anything about it , please try to fix this issue
