Great app for warm up

Before work, school or just a workout. I’ve been using this app since begin January. In the beginning it is hard. After just a couple of weeks however you need this for your daily endorfines!

F*ck dicipline, it’s all about rhythm

What I love is the easiness... the only thing I have to do to feel much better, is every day (for me mon-fri) start with 7 minutes...
I put my sport cloths on the chair before I go to sleep, wake up, go downstairs and start first thing with working.
Nog hazzel, no big thing, just 7 minutes..
This rhythm is easy and give me a well done feeling
