The Exact My[Firm] app gives you all the tools you need to run your business efficiently. You can communicate and exchange documents with your accountant in real-time in a chat window, so your financial data is always up-to-date. You can also process all your financial transactions in the app (invoicing, VAT returns, payments, etc.), so you never miss a payment or a deadline.
With the My[Firm] app, you can:
· Take a picture of an invoice or a receipt in the app, and your accountant can process it instantly.
· Get up-to-date financial insights on an intuitive dashboard to make informed business decisions.
· Chat in real-time with your accountant to ask questions or send documents.
· Approve purchase invoices and VAT returns that your accountant has prepared.
· Get automated reminders of the activities you need to do.
· Create and send invoices on the go (optional).
You may know My[Firm] by a different name. Accountants can replace the [Firm] of My[Firm] with their company name and add their own logo
Requirements: You need login credentials provided by your accountant to access this app.

Slecht
Overleg met mijn boekhouder levert op dat deze app niet betrouwbaar is. Ingescande bonnen komen niet in Exact te staan, dubbel inloggen blijft een probleem. ADVIES: deze app niet gebruiken.
Kan iemand mij uitleggen wat het verschil is met de andere Exact Online app, die hoger is gewaardeerd?

Werkt voor geen meter. Na elke bon die je inscant, loopt alles vast zodra de camera opent voor de volgende bon. Is al tijden het geval. Testen jullie zelf ook wel eens?
