Mooi concept maar wat een slechte service
Begin er niet aan wat een drama zeg. Ik heb geen dag in een auto gereden maar opzeggen en geld terugkrijgen duurt weken. Nu 3 mails later zit ik nog te wachten op het toegezegde bedrag… dat geïncasseerd is en wat deels teruggestort zou worden en dan heb ik het nog niet eens over de borg waar je waarschijnlijk na 2 mnd ook weer achteraan moet lopen.

Aller eerst mijn excuses voor het ongemak, heb je op dit moment het toegezegde bedrag al van ons terug ontvangen? Neem anders even telefonisch contact met ons op via 088-2100-100 via die weg help ik je graag verder. Wat betreft het terugstorten van de borgsom hiervoor is een termijn uitgetrokken van 8 weken dit omdat er binnen die periode nog boetes binnen kunnen komen, hiermee ben je ook akkoord gegaan tijdens je aanmelding.

Bugs are preventing the most basic use
When I choose a start and endtime for renting a car the ‘confirm’ button is still disabled. I can not use the app to rent a car.
Besides this, every time I favorite a car i get an error and get logged out.
