Go get a card in this app you have to pay and so you need to add money to the account. And they have a terrible exchange rate. Also if you want to delete your account they ask you to pay for cancellation. It is a terrible service and a big scam. I tried contacting the customer service team and they said it is what it is and nothing is going to change. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THIS KID OF TREATMENT.

Hello Al-Sanabani, we apologize for the unpleasant experience. The issuance fee for our virtual card is 10 USD, and your account balance is identical to your card balance. You may refer to the exchange rate via: https://www.visa.com.hk//support/consumer/travel-support/exchange-rate-calculator.html. Before closing your account, you need to delete your card first; feel free to contact us for card deletion assistance.

Apple Pay functionality has been disabled for a couple of months. At first they said that it will be active again on 15-01-2026, but now its postponed indefinitely.That’s the main reason I’m using RedotPay. So I’ll be switching to something else. Btw. Customer service never replies to any enquiries. So good luck when you have an issue.
