Seems to work ok. Doesnt show my favorite radio stations?!

Hi deugt niet,Thanks for the feedback. If you mark a radio station as a favourite via the official Sonos app, this will populate through to Sono+ and then be available on the widget. If this doesn’t work for you, just contact me via the app.Many thanks.Paul

Needs iOS 14 widgets

Great widget to quickly control your Sonos, but... after the introduction of iOS 14 widgets, the Sono+ widget is pushed down to the 'classic widget' section; this hinders the quick access of the widget and makes it less useful. Five stars once iOS 14 widgets are included.

Great widget to quickly control your Sonos, but... after the introduction of iOS 14 widgets, the Sono+ widget is pushed down to the 'classic widget' section; this hinders the quick access of the widget and makes it less useful. Five stars once iOS 14 widgets are included.

New version

The new version feel like a serious downgrade from the previous one. I can no longer control Sonos from my widget directly which was the reason why I bought this app.I don’t see a good reason to use this over the Sonos app itself.

The update yesterday introduced a new widget to start playback of a Sonos favourite and added functionality to the main app. These features are in addition to the original widget.The original widget will still work as before. If it is missing, please restart your device and it should appear. If not you can re-add it in the following way;* Swipe across to the Today screen* Scroll to the bottom* Tap Edit* Tap Customise* Add Sono+* If you get an ‘Unable to load’ error, restart your iPhone, then it should work.The reason the original widget cannot be re-created as an iOS14 style widget is a limitation of the new widgets. They are not mini apps like the original widgets, so cannot update in real time or contain buttons. I personally much prefer the functionality of the original widgets but they have become buggy in iOS14 and it appears that iOS 15 will remove these completely. I hope that Apple improve functionality of the new widgets by iOS15 and I will certainly update as soon as possible. With the new widget, just tap on the logo to open the app, it will open directly to that last screen you were on or tap on one of your favourites for playback options.If you have any further problems, please send me a message via the app and I will be in touch.Thanks, Paul

It does what it says on the tin. It’s simple and much faster to change volume and groupings through the widget than having to go through the app. Especially when music is playing and your device is locked with mouth showing the play widget on the lock screen. One swipe and you control your Sonos. Must have.

It does what it says on the tin. It’s simple and much faster to change volume and groupings through the widget than having to go through the app. Especially when music is playing and your device is locked with mouth showing the play widget on the lock screen.
