Pick up Ho Chi Minh City airport
My flight was delayed and it took more than an hour to get through customs, but driver was still waiting for me when I got out of the airport
Don’t book with these people
Happy to leave a single female traveller without transport in a dangerous city. Booking process onerous - multiple emails with too much text all saying similar stuff but not quite the same thing. Drivers don’t use the app for communication rather they whatsapp you which feels like an invasion of privacy when things start to go wrong with the booking.
