The indoor temperature in the app for a Compress 7001i LVM heatpump has frozen. Changed batteries in the CR5 RF sensor and the showed temperature changed to a new number. This new number is also frozen. What do I do?

For a ground-source heat pump, the resolution of delivered and consumed power is shown without decimals, only in whole kilowatts. Unfortunately, this makes the data unusable for analysis at an hourly resolution.
