Description
Control your hearing aids discreetly with the touch of a finger
The Oticon ON App provides discreet remote control of your hearing aids, letting you adjust the volume of your hearing aids independently, switch between listening programs, keep an eye on your battery level or even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
The Oticon ON App also enables you to:
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Access specific programs designed to help you move your attention away from your tinnitus - if enabled by your hearing care professional during the fitting session
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters, or devices such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip which can be used both for streaming and as remote microphones
• Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids except Oticon Opn and Oticon Siya.
• Set personal listening goals and follow your daily hearing aid use through HearingFitness™
• Connect to a wide variety of Internet-connected solutions through the Internet of Things
The Oticon ON App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.
We recommend using the latest version of iOS.

Begrensede muligheter
Det er jo ganske håpløst at høreapparatene ikke kan være koblet til flere enheter samtidig. Og at det ikke er helt enkelt å skifte fra en kobling til en annen (fra iPhone til iPad for eksempel). Appen må også registreres på nytt innimellom fordi den til, tider bare virker for ett øre. Burde det ikke være enkelt å ordne disse tingene.
Oticon app og Iphone og Ipad.
Det må være mulig med en oppdatering av appen slik at man kan ha to ting koblet til høreapparatene uten at man må slette tilkoblingen til f.eks iphone for å koble til ipad!
I tillegg så må jeg slette appen og reinstallere den for at den skal virke når jeg bytter fra iphone til ipad… Dette må da være mulig å ordne?
After upgrade to iOS v 15.4 it no longer works
My mother complains the app no longer works with the hearing aids after upgrading to iOS 15.4, please upgrade the app so it works again urgently!

Dear Sverre85, we are aware of the issue that some users are experiencing on iOS 15.4.0. We are fine tuning a fix with Apple. Please, remember to update the Phone's iOS as soon as the new update is available and f you find the Hearing Aids disconnected, forget them in the Accessibility MFI menu and pair them anew.
