I’m extremely disappointed with this app. It doesn’t seem to work. I open the app and it says something went wrong try again. The only one open is the bill app.☹️ I had no trouble with the last app. I was able to keep up to date with the daily usage of power and price so was ready to pay the monthly bill with no surprises.
I do like this app and how you can track how much your power bill is going to be I find that very uself . However I do find it frustrating that more often than not the app doesn’t work for me an shows “something went wrong” and won’t load any of the data. Can be frustrating when wanting to pay your bill.
Also a suggestion when ording LPG bottles it could advise you how much they will be and an estimated delivery date As clicking order now can be extremely daunting when you have no idea how much it will be or when it’s coming.
I do also wish the LPG and power sat seperately like they used to as I found that easier to manage .
Very cool new updates telling you what percentage of your bill is hot water/appliances etc .
So buggy. Last update leaves me in an login endless loop.
After years of development & updates this app is still painfully slow and lacks meaningful data and still has a data lag of 1-3 days. It is practically useless. Still no breakdown of day/night use in the app. The hourly and daily use data in this app is different to the data downloaded from the website. So I have no faith in either data set - which is correct???. You simply cannot get hourly data quick enough to be useful - a 2 day lag on hourly data is useless. The app needs fundamental data/backend improvements - not prettying up with all the bells and whistles that obstruct /slow down getting to the meaningful and hopefully correct data.
