Thanks for the new app. It looks nice but is not as intuitive and user friendly as the previous app
It might pay to have user experience testing.
I tried to order 2 of the same burger, one as a low carb option but for some reason ended up with 2 normal burgers
Also Apple has had the ability to scan credit cards via their APIs for years now and you should have used the new app to use it. And no I’m not going to save my card details on your app because I don’t know that you can protect my data.

Great to see a points system put in place. The app is decent, but I don’t like how you add additional items to your order. I figured it out in the end, but it was not a streamlined process. After you place your first item there should be a ‘continue shopping’ or ‘add to order’ option, instead of manually backtracking. The points system is also a little weird, although I’m sure I’ll get used to it. Personally I don’t see why the points are converted once you reach 150 - just use the mpb as they are, + waiting for $150 worth of purchases seems excessive..!

They needed a phone number to create an account (can’t wait for the marketing texts), and forced me to use sms verification. Tried to download and use the app in store, and held up the people I was with while I waited for the text to come. Didn’t get anything even after a few attempts! Bonus star awarded because the food was fire, just don’t recommend trying to use the app. Not a fun experience
