Room for improvement
The new app is much better than the old one, however one thing I didn’t like about the old app which the new one hasn’t fixed is there is no way to see what items you can redeem points for, you have to go on the website. It would be much easier to have the points and what they get you on the app
Viewing transactions
In the new App you cannot see your transactions like you could before, it’s just blank! Seems pointless having the icon at the bottom but it does nothing.
Keeps saying account is unactive
Keeps saying account is unactive meaning I have to delete the app, redownload & login again...EVERYTIME!!!
The moment I close the app, I have to restart the whole process again.
Also, it wont let me update my profile as every time it then says I have to contact HO🤦🏻♀️
