I travel a bit so have some experience with variable signal strength. When I first signed up to this over 2 yrs ago (when it was first offered) I would have easily rated it a 4, the data speeds were generally quite good in most places from cities to rural. Over the last 12 months this has changed markedly, the data speeds have dropped significantly, to the point where it’s time to move on. Contact, you are pathetic, you’ve either overloaded the network or you are deliberately throttling down the data. It’s not the way to treat your customers.

Switching from One to Contact has been an absolute nightmare. The whole process was very frustrating and super complicated with lack of support from a non existent customer service. Never had such horrible experience with something that should be easy and straightforward. Do yourselves a favour and stay as far away from these amateurs. And what’s up with the two separate apps for moblie and broadband/power???

The app states, the easy wat to managed you Contact mobile account. When you actually want support, there is a chat bot, but it goes unanswered. And there are no other ways to contact support. I've been without service and don't know when I'll get a response.Only use if you don't want support

The first experience is very confusing. Maybe I will change the rating later but for now 1 star because I wanted to use my existing phone number, but I got a new one!
