- Make payment direct from your bank account with Account2Account
- Move house and submit your last meter read
- Use any available Month Off discounts
- View your previous 15 months usage

can not login
After the update I can not login with the correct PW, still no luck even after I reset my PW online. Please fix this, thank you.
App & 0800 number
I have tried numerous times to register on your App and get the same message “sorry, check back later “, I then try your 0800 number to talk to one of your representatives and I waited (silly me) 28 minutes and still no answer, just music? I wonder if I had pushed the ‘new customer’ option I would have got a quicker response!! Come on Contact, make the contact happen!!
App doesn’t work !
It’s June now not only have I stopped receiving my bills by email but the “my usage” is showing the first few days of February and before that ! Come on Contact get a new IT team that can help keep your business up to date like the other providers. It’s almost time for my next direct debit (12 days ) and I have no idea how much power I’ve used ! Poor poor poor
