Overall a great Power app. Would like to see a running cost when checking current Usage stats - previous provider had this.
Suggestion - an alert to let you know if your power usage was over a set KW per day or when your running cost reaches a certain $ amount set would be handy.

worst app Ive ever used

This is 100% the worst app I’ve ever used and first time got angry by an app so had to leave a comment to let developers know since smart phones invented. It just keep loading itself with showing a red background but nothing about your account so that you will have to click the multi task icon on top to select view bill and wait for random time. Bro this is for your electricity at home and your personal credit history! Even with automatic payment loaded, it just keep telling me that payments failed so will have to remove your automatic payment.

This has been over a year man and I don’t see any changes on this. Can you just fix this as this is a very basic thing for an app to be running to a phone?????

Meter reading

I am sick and tired of receiving notifications that you cannot read my meter, there is no reason for this and the meter is only at Most 2 steps inside the gate, I have been told that due to COVID the meter reader cannot go through the gate, this is not my problem. Whilst I understand this may be a problem for your meter reader why am I receiving emails stating that you cannot access my property when that is not the problem. If you are wanting me to read my own meter then ask for that and I would expect a discount since I am doing your job. I will be investigating alternative suppliers in the new year as your customer service on the regard is severely lacking. If you can’t to the job just say so ! I am one very annoyed customer.
