Care for the current customers ay??

Terrible service!! I switched my internet modem to vodafone and on the day it was installed, the internet wasn’t connecting despite everything seems okay. When I tried calling 7-8 times for customer services, it would not answer and I waited 40isg minutes for each one of them.
So I tried contacting sales person and they answered within 30 seconds. When I explained and asked for help, they immediately referred this to another department, which never ended up pickkng up. On the third time, I stopped the person who tried to be irresponsible and tried to put me through to another department. I said this was really furstrating and everything seemed okay but Vodafone was having a technical issue. And the next thing that happened was she hung up on me. As I was explaining patiently, she just finished the call and I was able to hear it clearly.
I have given up contacting them via phone, and ended up going into a local store. Turns out it was the fibre team being slack and forgotten to approve the installation on their webservice. Despite this poor effort from doing their job properly (simply checking and clicking ‘approval’) in the first place, I was very disappointed with the phone service as it seemed like Vodafone is genuinely more caring for sales department and lacking care for the current customers. Ka pai.

Don’t use it waste of time

Since now you think votofone has changed to One nz doesn’t mean that they changed everything NO they just changed their name and pic that’s all I had excited to get my SIM card but my fault that when I paid for the top up I miss paid to a diffrent number I paid 20$ Nz dollar plus I went to the costumer service and they just take 40 minutes as other people say here one message is 40 minutes!!! Plus at the end they just told I’m SoRrY I cAnT hElP yOu If this is how it works then nah don’t waste your time here since everyone else is using one nz doesn’t mean you have to because one mistake u do it’s all gone at last they said tell the bank to reverse it And who is even running one nz this is worst service ever seen who is even behind this just silently running the business and scamming normal people if this is how it works then trust me one nz will just get sued for lack of customer service one day or it might just fade away I will edit if I get my nz 20$ back and if I don’t I’m gona write a 1 star review on all platforms where this app is on

Terrible customer service

I’ve now left Vodafone because of their terrible customer service but leaving this review in the hope that someone there may see it and use it to improve their service. I used their prepay service for my kid’s fone. Each month I’d buy a $19 data/call plan and leave $20 on the account to auto renew. Every month there was some spurious charges which debited the account meaning the plan couldn’t renew and casual data rates sucked out the rest of the money. Customer service was no help, with confusing explanations for the billing errors. One example was a transaction showing a download of 47,000GB in one day. Charge $8. Tbh if that accurate that was a bargain but of course it was nonsense. So I started inspecting the data use each week and normally found some odd dollar here or there for data which should have already been covered during the plan. Since I couldn’t trust the charging system to auto renew I left the account empty and had to remember to renew each month which was a pain. Over at 2Deg now and happier for it.
