Data Clock 4+

For my lifestyle / always on the road in New Zealand as a 'digital nomad' - I purchase a whole week at a time of virtually unlimited data. I need it! 24/7. Then all my voice communications are via data using social media apps. And when driving I'm streaming music or listening to news radio stations via iTunes. Thus data clock system is the main reason i tell friends that 2-Degrees is the way to go when travelling around New Zealand. Coverage is good, generally speaking.

Whatever you broke the other night got broken and hasn’t been repaired. Due to all prepay plans currently showing 0 B of data, there are no free hours. If free hours aren’t a thing anymore, tell us in advance. Don’t break the whole UI the same day I set up the SIM, changing the way we log into our account as I am finishing setting up my account. I was considering switching from 2degrees to a competitor, I still was using 2degrees because I was using PrePay when Telecom still existed. Yes bro, I have been a customer since 2008. I shouldn’t be switching teams just because of the developers implementing whatever the executives decide is smart for business, if you don’t give us extra data on top of our rollover then you aren’t compensating me for a loss of services I already paid for and someone could be found liable for that. You legally are required to provide services we pay for, 2degrees board members. Sorry IT guys for getting all the responsibility pushed onto you but this is really poor, substandard and unprofessional. You might not get away with apologies for trying to fix unprofessional incompetence. NZ is the land of the fair go, rip offs aren’t welcome here.

I’m a young teenage girl who needs her phone when bussing and out in public most of the time without her parents. I love this app, it’s good too have a few hours when I’ve reached my limit on my usual data plan. All I’m saying is the amount of times I’ve opened the app and can’t access data clock because of the app being in maintenance is very irritating as then I have no way too message or call anyone or do really anything. I was wondering how I could get it off this maintenance page so I know the app is always a safe backup if I need it. I do realise most apps need fixing a lot but this is happening very often and it seems like I never can really use the app anymore, let me know. Thanks
