We offer an open ecosystem which enables EV charger owners to offer their EV chargers through a cost-effective and reliable platform.
OpenLoop is for customers that want an easier and reliable way to find EV charging stations and want a simpler way to charge and pay for their car charging across multiple locations. Customers can have access to a live view of available EV charging stations nearby, the ability to reserve a time, and frictionless payment method via the OpenLoop App.
EV drivers can charge anywhere with any charger on the platform via an intuitive App to deliver a seamless, hassle-free access, connected ‘refuelling’ experience.

Data harvesting?
Used out of necessity but won’t continue, turned off location data. The most cumbersome and detail collecting of the ev charging systems I’ve used.
Easy to use and helpful customer service
Super user-friendly with the pins letting me know what chargers are available with what connecter type! Whenever I had a question or need assistance they are super responsive and helpful.
Waste of time if you a visitor
Hiring an electric car in NZ is the worst thing you can do.
First, you need to change your apple account to NZ store. Then go thought rubbish registration process. Next you need to top up the account.
Save your sanity, drive a petrol car.
