Awesome!

Due to past knee injuries I’ve been out of the running game for 6+ months. Past the physio stage but was to paranoid about running again. The thoughts of being injured again scared me!

The amazing thing about this app is that it goes at your pace and increases the pace when you’re ready. It teaches you how your stance should be and helps you slowly get back into it, again by going at your pace! After using this app, my love for running is starting to increase! Can’t wait to be a runner again!!!

Pretty great app

I’ve been using this app for almost a year now and I’ve really enjoyed using it. I don’t recall paying anything for this app so for a free app its pretty amazing. The only complain I have is, if I put the app in the background then the audio stops which can be pretty annoying half way through a run. I’ve found a workaround where I always have this app in the foreground and then I’ll slide it into my running pouch and no issues at all. This is the only reason why I am giving 4 stars else pretty amazing app overall for beginners 😊

Easy to follow

Love this app. So easy to use. Challenges you every time you use it but without it being unrealistic. Handy prompts to get you through so you don’t have to look at the screen. I use it on a treadmill so that I can keep the speed level I want but works just as well if you prefer running outside as tells you the half way point so you can turn around in time to go home.
