Absolutely awful app

After years of lobbying they finally allow you to log in using email. I don’t use facebook so refused to use that log in option. However the log in using email does not mean just that. It means they will send you an email to your email address not within seconds but up to an hour later and you have to click on the link to log in. That’s absurd and completely pointless when you are in store and want to redeem some points or check balance immediately. Way to keep your customers happy 😡Pay some developers to do a better job please.

Where’s the DD perks?

My DD rewards are nowhere to be found on the app, and even viewing the desk top site on a mobile device, the DD perks tab is missing from the bottom of the home menu. I can only view my rewards on my laptop and home computer.

I preferred 3 choc frosted and 3 Bavarian kreme, when I paid for it it gave me 3 maple and 3 apple and spice. Which if you look at the app those wrong orders are 3 down from the real order
