I gave four stars as the app is generally quite accessible using voice-over. However it does need some improvement concerning booking your power shout. I was able to select the date and time for my power shout and submit it, however I did need a sighted person watching the screen as I was doing it. As I got no feedback telling me that I selected the correct date and time. It would be helpful if voiceover said selected when I have chosen my date and time.

The app is generally helpful, nice layout and lots of different tools to help you track your spending on the overpriced power. As a peasant, and not one of the lucky elite that gets to waste energy indiscriminately and fly in private jets releasing more carbon in one flight than a cow farts in one year, I do have to make sure I’m not letting my bill get too high. It’s not clear exactly how much spying this app does on you, the privacy terms are not accessible from the app or from genesis website- comes up not found. So one star off for that. The second issue is that even though the smart meter can tell the electric company exactly when I’m using what, I still have to wait a whole week to get the hourly power usage. I’ve resorted to keeping a power diary just so I can see what spent the most. Overall the app is great just wish it updated the data faster great job please fix that one thing!

I do like this app and how you can track how much your power bill is going to be I find that very uself . However I do find it frustrating that more often than not the app doesn’t work for me an shows “something went wrong” and won’t load any of the data. Can be frustrating when wanting to pay your bill.
Also a suggestion when ording LPG bottles it could advise you how much they will be and an estimated delivery date As clicking order now can be extremely daunting when you have no idea how much it will be or when it’s coming.
I do also wish the LPG and power sat seperately like they used to as I found that easier to manage .
Very cool new updates telling you what percentage of your bill is hot water/appliances etc .
