My reward voucher was disappeared when I log into App again
I logged into App this morning and noticed that I had a $15 Voucher to be used. But when I logged into App again later today while I was going to use the voucher to pay for petrol, voucher was disappeared and all recent activities seen in the morning were gone. Even worse, App asked my login details when I tried to login later today which treated me as a brand new client that is very confusing. Checked all information online and couldn’t find the answer about how to redeem voucher in BP station using its App BPME. All in all, it is a very disappointing experience.

Hopelessly muddled and useless
I have a physical card (handed to me in-store in January) and a card showing in the app. They have two different card numbers. The physical card is (hopefully) recording my transactions but I have no way to check this. The online card is showing zero transactions. There is no way for me to rectify all this myself. I have phoned twice to get it sorted and both times they have promised me that it was fixed. It’s not. Shall I phone again and give them a third chance? Don’t know whether I can be bothered - they’re hopeless. Update - 24 hours later. I did give them a third chance and rang them again today. For a third time they promised me it would be fixed this time. They told me wait 30 mins, log out of the app - then sign in afresh and all would be well. IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. These people are absolutely useless. Perhaps they’re too busy rat- hunting. I’m out.

Great!
The app is great. Simple and easy to use. Although, how boosting works is unclear. It seems you have to boost it, THEN purchase it to redeem the points? So, if I purchase it without boosting, I don’t get the points? Seems weird to me.
It would also be convenient if there was a shopping list function so we can have it open while we shop. Even better if you guys can figure out sending out notifications for our shopping list items that are on sale/special. Win-win for everyone 😄
