1) Home page icons aren't evenly aligned on the left/right margins. 2) Animations don't play at 120Hz. 3) Bottom navigation bar text is too small. 4) App label is too long, gets cut off on a 13 Pro Home Screen. 5) Home page icons can be held on, and they enlarge with a black background and cut off graphic. 6) Some icons are filled whereas others are outlines. 7) There are loading dots on every screen, when there doesn't need to be. They are also very large and a pop-up when they could just be a part of the background and small.
Not happy with the recent update
I’m rather upset with the recent update. Prior I had no issues with booking appointments with my doctor but ever since the update, half the doctors that were there pre update are no longer there and for the ones that are there, no appointment slots show up even when setting the date months in advance. Incredibly frustrating to be honest.
Almost unusable
While the user interface is aesthetically much nicer than before, it’s still impossible to find most things. Doctors notes are filed under ‘test results’, despite there being a category called ‘doctors notes’. I’m sure where the actual test results are - I get emails saying I’ve been sent them but I can’t find anything.
It would be a huge improvement if things were recategorised in a clearer way. And better still if the ‘inbox’ had a list of all documents so you can always find the most recent item there and simply tap it to view it.
