Messenger Kids 4+

It’s a all in all good app it helps we connect with my friends easier one thing is that I have my dad as my account moderator put then I tried to add my mum which btw is his Facebook friend but I’ve sent many different requests with many different names but it just never comes up. Secondly, all my friends have the new update where it looks like the normal messenger and there all in New Zealand which I’m in as well and I can’t get it Ik yes I’m on an iPad but I looked it up online and it said it was posted in 2020 saying that it would soon be on Apple iPads and it’s now the start of 2022 and I still can’t get it. If u could fix these issues that would be great but other than that it’s probably one of my most used app

I love messenger kids, it has been one of my most used app ever since the first lockdown in 2020 it has been a great way to connect with others while having lots of fun. My one request is that you could save videos without having to use a screen record in another app. When I had my iPad I thought that it was maybe just that on iPads but when I recently got my phone back I realised that you can’t save videos to your camera roll. Everything else is fine but I thought that to make messenger kids more memorable you could have a section where you can look at your memories on that day for example you would see what photos and videos you sent on this day last yr like you can with Facebook otherwise everything else is great. Thank you for this awesome app.

Messenger kids has been a game changer in kids being able to contact each other in a very secure way.

I love that parent of each child has to approve a friend request & that as a parent you have full visibility of messages etc.. also, it does not allow links to be sent, which is awesome IMO - as you never know what the link may lead to!

Reason for 4 starts is that improvement is needed so that calls on the parents device can be silenced as it’s disruptive (think holidays and kids keep dialling over and over and over!).. I have looked into this and there does not appear to be this functionality… all in all, aside from this, it’s an amazing app for kids to communicate safely!
