Nice app but missing functions.

It’s a nice app and easy to use but it’s missing key functionality such as the ability to set the directed and indirect airflow setting. So essentially, although the app is nice, it’s not a replacement for the infrared controller since it’s missing heaps of functions. Also there is zero integration with Apple HomeKit and you can’t even set up Apple shortcuts to apply certain setting. Even my really old Dyson fan/heater can do that. Please update the app to include all of the functions that the controller offers and add HomeKit or shortcuts integration, then it would be 5 stars. Thanks.

Covers the basics but underwhelming.

First the good: we have four units in our home, a 3 way split and a larger single. It’s great to be able to turn them on and off from my phone as it’s a lot more convenient (and less cryptic) than the remote. It is however missing some pretty basic features:
* ability to set sleep timers or auto off times (eg cool my bedroom for the next hour while I go to sleep)
* ability to skip scheduled rules some days without editing - like don’t heat my office on a public holiday although you normally would.
* integrations with Apple HomeKit and/or Google Home.
* a documented API for people like me to write our own integrations (eg Home Assistant)
* ability to modify the wifi network or credentials used by the units.
* ability to work offline - this appears to actually be a cloud based web application - can I still control my units when my internet is down?
* it would be nice if it didn’t look like I was visiting the 1990’s web while trying to use one of the most expensive electronic items I’ve ever bought.

Too basic and a pain to setup

Firstly the wi-fi interface is not easy to configure. The first time configuration was fine. Then when I upgraded my router, there is not even an option to change the WiFi access point from the app. We have to again open the front panel, reset and do the entire configuration which is a painful process. Although they say the MAC and ID will automatically populate, it has not happened even once. Every time we have to manually type in.
Secondly, the app is missing very basic features like wide vane settings and a simple off timer. Instead you have to sit and create rules.
