The My Travel Insurance App features easy access to your travel insurance details and online claims portal and allows you to read what is and is not included in the Policy Wording. Enjoy everything you need at your fingertips including access to our online claims portal, emergency numbers and travel advice.

See AllDon’t bother downloading app
Not sure why they offer an app to download when it doesn’t work. Makes no sense at all. I did receive a response from customer feedback and it says it’s been rectified. Two weeks later it still doesn’t go past logging in. It makes me worry it’s not a legitimate company
Easy and Simple
App logged in fine and can do a range of basic functions, view my policy documents, has all the contact info and can submit an online claim.

Was doubtful from the bad reviews, but no problems. My info was all there and automatically downloaded no issues. Even tells me how many days till I go away.
