Please decrease polling interval from the current 30-35 seconds to 5-10. And have a little sand timer to indicate when it will next get stats. And have it update immediately when returning to the app. 30s is so long that users don’t even know if it updates at all. Come on devs! Not sure why this had to be made worse with this newer version of the app.

I love that this allows you to see when the charger is being used and enables you to plan your charging stops. Most of them are pretty quick. Sometimes too quick and you can be told off for not getting back to your car quickly enough!. wasn’t so expensive But I guess for it to be cheaper the government would actually have to subsidise it.
‘Directions’ button should open Apple Maps

Nice update, but the app should have an option to open Apple Maps as the default when you select the ‘Directions’ button, not just Google Maps. On iOS, Apple Maps is becoming preferred and vastly superior to Google Maps experience for navigation.
There is no search option available for maps

Please include a search bar on the map. When planning a trip, it can be challenging to locate specific areas if you’re not familiar with the surroundings. A search feature would allow users to place a marker based on their search, making it easier to identify the nearest charger to that spot instead of having to scour the map.

We’ve added the option to easily report an issue with a charger in the app. This update also brings improved styling and bug fixes across the app.
